Recommendation concerning Niall Fraser from Fraser Bathrooms Limited
I am writing this letter to give the personal recommendation of myself and my wife in relation to using Niall's bathroom installation service for any work in building bathrooms.
We have recently had a new en-suite built off our master bathroom in an old Georgian House. Both my wife and I were extremely nervous at undergoing the work at all as the work involved knocking through a major wall and building up other walls. In addition as we have a young family we were concerned over the disruption and dust that would be created and the expenses incurred.
We got three quotes and found the one from Niall to be very reasonable. Regarding the costs he kept to budget and gave a clear breakdown of the costs involved.
What gave us the confidence in Niall over other builders was that he invited us down to his house to see what work he had done in his own bathroom. This gave us the confidence to know that we were on the same wavelength in terms of the quality of the work and also I gave us some reassurance in the honesty and openness of Niall.
We made a decision to move out of the house for two of the five weeks whilst the very dirty work was being undertaken and then moved back in for the remaining time. The job was finished well on time and to a standard "well exceeding our expectations".
Niall was fine to have around the house as he came in and just got on with the job with his colleague causing no unnecessary disturbances or distractions.
I would be very happy to use Niall again and very confident to recommend him to you if you are considering him for work in your house. To sum it up, he is reliable, reasonable, easy to have around, very proficient and dedicated in providing a first class job.

We were so delighted with the results of our downstairs shower room that we asked Niall to come back to do the upstairs bathroom shortly afterwards and that turned out even better!
The great advantage in using Niall is that all the different aspects of plastering, tilling, carpentry, electrics and of course, plumbing are done 'in-house' so no time is lost trying to coordinate the activities of different specialist trades. Not only will Niall be personally involved in the bathroom installation, he will give input to the design of the bathroom, source all the fixtures and fittings and best of all, he turns up when he says he will!
We have no hesitation in recommending Fraser Bathrooms.
